Sourcing Specialist
As a Sourcing Specialist, you act as the key contact for both customers and suppliers in an international environment. You handle client requests efficiently and ensure smooth project coordination from order to delivery, contributing to the success of our clinical supply operations.
The job
- On-site
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers worldwide
- Process and respond to sourcing requests within three working days
- Manage projects from A to Z: handle orders in the ERP system, arrange transport if needed and coördinate with the warehouse for incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensure accurate invoicing and prepare cliënt documentation
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree (scientific backgroud not required)
- At least five years of professional experience, including three years in a commercial or internal sales role, ideammy in an international environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with ability to support pricing and cost analysis
- Persistent, proactive, structured in managing projects and priorities
- Team player looking for long-term commitment and growth
